Shipping policy

At JFKKitchen.com, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Destinations We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Orders placed from ineligible locations will be canceled and refunded.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are based on the total weight of your order and are non-negotiable:

  • 0–20 lbs: $15.00
  • 21–50 lbs: $35.00
  • 51–150 lbs: $75.00
  • 151 lbs and over: $150.00
  • Orders over $500.00FREE shipping

Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. JFKKitchen.com is not responsible for delays caused by payment verification or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery: 5-8 business days after processing
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed
  • JFKKitchen.com is not liable for carrier delays, weather-related delays, or any other circumstances beyond our control

Freight Shipments Items over 150 lbs or oversized equipment will ship via LTL freight. For freight shipments:

  • You will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment
  • Someone must be present to receive and sign for the delivery
  • You must inspect all items before signing the delivery receipt
  • Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery
  • Failure to note damage at delivery will void any damage claim

Order Tracking A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor their shipment.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to schedule a freight appointment:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
  • 25% restocking fee will apply
  • Free shipping offers do not apply to return shipping
  • In cases where return shipping costs exceed the refund amount, no refund will be issued

Exception: Refusal of delivery due to visible shipping damage is exempt from restocking fees, provided that:

  • Photos and video of the damage are taken *before refusing the delivery*
  • The refusal and damage are reported to info@jfkkitchen.com within 48 hours
  • Failure to document damage with photos and video prior to refusal will void this exception, and a 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will apply

Shipping Damage In order to make the claims process with the carrier as quick as possible, it is important that you take proactive steps upon receipt of your delivery.

  • Inspect your delivery for damage upon arrival
  • If visible damage is found, take photos and video immediately before refusing the delivery — documentation is required to qualify for a damage claim
  • Refuse the delivery — do not sign for a package you know to be damaged
  • If damage is discovered after delivery has been accepted, you must document and report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos, video and documentation to info@jfkkitchen.com in order to file a claim with the carrier
