At JfkKitchen.com, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 7-day return policy on eligible items. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

7-Day Return Window You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible:

  • Item must be in original, unused, and uninstalled condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included
  • You must contact us at info@jfkkitchen.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos and/or video of the damage, including packaging
  • Email us at info@jfkkitchen.com with your order number and documentation
  • Retain all original packaging materials until the claim is resolved

Failure to report within 48 hours will void any damage claim.

Approved Returns If your return is approved:

There are many costs involved in processing a return. To keep our prices as low as possible,

  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
  • Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer
  • Please ensure your return shipment is fully insured and trackable. We cannot issue refunds for items that arrive back to us damaged or are lost in transit, so please follow our return instructions carefully
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after inspection
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Items that have been installed, used, powered on, or altered in any way
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • Special order, custom, or made-to-order items
  • Clearance, open-box, or final sale items
  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse
  • Items returned after the 7-day window

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order placement only
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled
  • To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@jfkkitchen.com with your order number

Warranty Warranty claims are handled directly through the manufacturer. Jfkkitchen.com will provide manufacturer contact information upon request. Warranty coverage varies by brand and product.
